Pharmaceutical companies and their products that have not submitted credit commitments will now be withdrawn from the Internet, and their online procurement and distribution qualifications will be suspended. The attachment shows that the list of companies that have not submitted credit commitments is as long as more than 3,400. Among them, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Novartis, Otsuka, Merck, Merck and other well-known foreign pharmaceutical companies have been almost wiped out. From the date onwards, the platform will be removed from the network if there are other companies that guarantee the supply of pharmaceutical products that have won the bid or are listed on the Internet or if there are alternatives to meet clinical needs. The attachment shows that there are more than 3,600 companies involved that have not submitted the letter of commitment. After an urgent reminder, from the final quantity, only more than 200 products submitted a letter of commitment. Comparing the list of withdrawals from Zhejiang, Hainan, Shanxi and other provinces, Quxue found that other provinces did not have such a large number of withdrawals as Shanxi, especially involving so many well-known pharmaceutical companies. In the notice, Jiangxi Province stated that all pharmaceutical companies, including manufacturing and operating companies, that are listed on the Internet in our province as bidders must submit a letter of credit undertaking in accordance with the regulations. If a national general agent is entrusted to bid for imported drugs, or a drug marketing authorization holder entrusts another company to bid, the national general agent and entrusted company shall be the bidders, and foreign companies and drug marketing authorization holders do not need to submit a letter of credit. According to the submission of credit commitments, the province will dynamically adjust the online procurement and distribution qualifications of relevant enterprises and their products.
